This large Oak Tree was blocking the afternoon sun from the customers garden so in essence was reducing the time they spent sat enjoying their garden.
Once it had been verified that the Oak tree was not subject to a Tree Preservation Order we began taking it down in stages. Firstly removing large branches in sections followed by reducing the the rest of the trunk.
Ropes were tied around each section to guide the fall of the branches to ensure no damage to the surrounding outhouses and fencing was caused and all waste was chipped on site and removed.
This type of work requires considerable care and expertise and as a qualified and experienced tree surgeon myself and my team always comply to standards of safe working practice not only in the way we work but also in the maintenance of all the equipment we use.
